Patients
Let us be part of your "Wellness Program" and "Improved Quality of Life" by taking away any worry you may have about supply and product quality of your Medical Marihuana. We will assist you to register or make changes with Health Canada under the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR) to produce your own Medical Marihuana Supply or to get a Designated Grower.

Requirements

To become a Registered Patient with Health Canada and get a Designated Grower you must meet the following requirements:

Submit all the necessary documentation (Completed ACMPR Registration Form, Original medical document from a health care practitioner)

To become a Registered Patient with Health Canada and produce your own Medical Marihuana Supply you must meet the following requirements:

Submit all the necessary documentation (Completed ACMPR Registration Form, Original medical document from a health care practitioner)
Fill out Applicant’s Declaration and Signature – Personal-use Production

Service

To help you become a Registered Patient with Health Canada under the ACMPR we will:

Handle all the administrative paperwork for both Patients and Designated Growers
Provide a referral to a health care practitioner
Assign the Patient to a Designated Grower if necessary
Provide all the necessary information and ongoing support to the Patient and the Designated Grower
